• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product/online course, all sales are final and there is a strict no-cancellation/no-refund policy. For this reason, we want you to be very sure that the time is right for you to make this commitment.

 

6A. Live Events, Workshops, and Retreats

•  a. Scope. These Terms apply to all in-person workshops, multi-day retreats, and other live events hosted by the Company, and to events where Michale Chatham or Company representatives appear as speakers (“Events”). By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms.

• b. Events Hosted by Third Parties. When Company representatives speak at an event organized by another party, that party’s terms govern registration, payment, refunds, venue, and event operations. The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party hosts. Sections 2, 3, and 6A(c) through 6A(g) of these Terms still apply to all content presented by the Company at those events.

• c. Educational Purposes Only. Section 2 of these Terms applies to all Event content, instruction, demonstrations, and conversations, whether presented in a group or one on one. Nothing shared at an Event is medical, psychological, or professional advice.

• d. Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk. Events may include light movement, postural exercises, and body awareness practices. Participation is voluntary. You may modify or skip any activity at any time. You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including strain, injury, or aggravation of existing conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before participating and for informing Event staff of any limitations. You may be required to sign a separate participation waiver before attending.

• e. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your attendance at or participation in an Event, except those caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• f. Photography, Video, and Likeness. Events may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice as captured at the Event for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, in any media, without compensation or approval. If you do not wish to appear in Company media, you must indicate this at registration. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request but cannot guarantee exclusion from group or background images.

• g. Recording by Attendees. Attendees may take personal photographs during breaks and social portions of an Event. Attendees may not photograph, film, audio record, or livestream any instruction, presentation, demonstration, or teaching without the Company’s prior written consent. All Event materials, presentations, handouts, and teachings are subject to Section 3, including the restrictions on use with artificial intelligence tools.

• h. Registration, Payment, and Refunds. Section 6 applies to all Event purchases. 

​

• i. Changes and Cancellation by the Company. The Company may change Event dates, times, locations, speakers, schedules, or content at its discretion. If the Company cancels an Event, the Company will provide, at its discretion, either a credit toward a future Event or a refund of the registration fee paid. This is your sole remedy. The Company is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur.

• j. Circumstances Beyond Our Control. The Company is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, travel disruptions, venue issues, government orders, or public health emergencies.

• k. Travel, Lodging, and Personal Expenses. Unless stated at registration, you are responsible for all travel, lodging, meals, and personal expenses. For retreats, included items will be listed at the point of purchase.

• l. Conduct and Removal. You agree to treat other participants, staff, and venue personnel with respect. The Company may remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

• m. Venue Rules and Personal Property. You agree to follow all venue rules. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• n. Eligibility and Attendance Requirements. Eligibility for each Event, including age requirements, whether children may attend, and whether attendance is limited to a specific group, will be stated at registration. Where children are permitted, the attending parent or guardian is solely responsible for their care, supervision, and safety at all times.

We are not responsible for:
